MMFFP STARTS COUNTDOWN
Almost all nine entries
in the forthcoming 2006 Metropolitan
Manila Film Festival (Philippines)
are now in the final post-production
post of work. Trailers and teasers
are now being shown in theaters and
television.
With the withdrawal
of Short Time of Virgin Films, the
nine official entries include the
following:

Celia Rodriguez and Johnny Delgado
and directed by Cesar Montano.

Matakot ka sa Karma, formerly titled

Gretchen Barretto, Rica Peralejo,
Angelika Panganiban and Derek Ramsey
and directed By Joey Javier Reyes.

Enteng Kabisote 3 (fantasy/adventure)

Meanwhile, four filmfest parades will
be held for this year’s celebration.
The parade will be held in baguio
on December 14, in San Fernando, Pampanga
on Dec. 14, Lucena in Dec. 20 and
the grand parade in Manila on Dec.
24.
